Worldwide Shipping is FREE on all orders!

We want to offer you the best quality at affordable prices, with our INSURED STANDARD SHIPPING. We support sustainability and minimizing our carbon footprint on the environment.

We ship and work with different designers and suppliers around the world to create our pieces in order to be able to bring them to you at a low cost. Our pieces are made in Canada, France, China, Romania, Italy and USA. 

Personalized/Custom Made Orders will be processed and fulfilled within 5-15 business days of purchase.

 

Advised Shipping Times (Business Days)

USA & Canada: 6-15 days 

Australia & New Zealand: 10-20 days 

Europe: 10-20 days

Rest of World: 15-25 days

*Some of our items ship from different global suppliers and may arrive in separate packages at different times. Please allow extra time for all of your products to arrive.

Once an item has been shipped, BeLeudré shall not be responsible for any uncollected parcels which includes presenting an incomplete or wrong address.

 

Tracking 

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (if applicable). Please allow up to 5 business days for the tracking code to activate. 

 

Duties, Customs & Taxes 

Customers are also fully responsible for all duties, customs and taxes. BeLeudré is not responsible for any taxes or duties applied to your order. To find out about duties, customs and taxes please visit your local customs website.  

 

 

RETURNS

All sales are final. 

We do not offer returns as our items are mostly custom made to order. We do not process exchanges, returns or refunds on any purchases.

Whilst we hope this never happens, if you received a damaged or defective item, we will happily replace it within 7 days of delivery. Please email our Customer Support team with your order number and a photo of the damages. All items must be UNWORN and have original tags/packaging. 

An item is not deemed faulty if damaged while wearing/using the item and cannot be returned.

 

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 

Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

 

Exchanges  

We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. All items must be UNWORN/UNUSED and have original tags/packaging. 

 

Return Fees & Shipping 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs and transaction fees for returning your item. Shipping costs and other transaction fees are non-refundable.

We do not process cancellations once your order has been placed or your order has been shipped.
